Fine, medium bodied palate, showing the cassis flavours typical of more traditional Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon. Fine velvety tannins balance the textured sweetness of the fruit. The wine has a tight clean finish and is approachable as a youthful wine but will relish aging in the medium term.
