Bouquet:
The nose has powerful sweet fruit enhanced with integrated, cedar oak.  The fruit shows excellent concentration reminiscent of ripe blood plums.

Palate:
An elegant, yet full flavoured Merlot that shows great fruit concentration.  There is the inherent fruit sweetness and persistence expected from Coonawarra with fine long silky tannins that fill out the palate.

Bouquet:
Complex choc-mint nose with integrated subtle oak, the Cabernet Sauvignon imparts a backbone of cassis overlayed with plum fruits from Merlot.

Palate:
A fine round palate showing fruit sweetness. Medium bodied in structure, it has fine, silky tannins showing elegance and restraint.

Concentrated dark fruits with hints of pepper and mocha: this wine has the unmistakable characteristics of rich McLaren Vale Shiraz. Oak has contributed spicy overtones of nutmeg, vanilla and cinnamon.

Palate: 
The palate is full bodied with long fine tannins to give a wine of great depth, finesse and style. The concentrated fruit is balanced with clean acidity.

Attractive ripe fruit nose showing. cassis and blackcurrant aromas provides the characters expected of fine, high quality Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon. Sophisticated French oak has contributed cedar like nuances. As the wine matures, expect to see cigar-box complexity with age. 

Palate: 
The palate has both elegance and richness with fine, long tannins providing finesse and texture. Ripe mulberries permeate the flavour and create a stylish wine which will age superbly.
