Elegant, restrained nose with hints of peach and almond. Fine grained French oak compliments the aroma of this fruit dominant style.

PALATE
Fine, tight and elegant palate with mid palate roundness finishing with a clean zesty acidity.

Full dense red with vibrant scarlet highlights 

Bouquet: 
Concentrated dark fruits with hints of pepper and mocha: this wine has the unmistakable characteristics of rich McLaren Vale Shiraz. Oak has contributed spicy overtones of nutmeg, vanilla and cinnamon.

Palate: 
The palate is full bodied with long fine tannins to give a wine of great depth, finesse and style. The concentrated fruit is balanced with clean acidity.

COLOUR:
Medium to full red, with attractive crimson.

BOUQUET:
Augmenting the elegant cassis and blackberry fruit aromas typical of Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon are scented cinnamon, nutmeg and cedar notes derived from oak maturation.
PALATE:
Fine, medium bodied palate, showing the cassis flavours typical of more traditional Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon. Fine velvety tannins balance the textured sweetness of the fruit. The wine has a tight clean finish and is approachable as a youthful wine but will relish aging in the medium term.

Fragrant nose showing characteristics of rose petals, dried apricots with some honey and citrus.

Palate:
Medium sweet palate showing good lusciousness yet retains a fine acid finish to balance the palate.
